Returns & Refunds Policy β CandyLabz PK
At CandyLabz PK, all products sold are imported candy, snacks, and food items. Due to the perishable nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
This policy is in place to ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety for all customers.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To report an issue, please contact us with:

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
All products sold on CandyLabz PK are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
- Candy and snack items
- Limited drops
- Promotional bundles
- Sale items
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered if:
- The order arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order is not delivered due to an issue on our end
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
